2. About Maheshwari Impex

Maheshwari Impex is an established B2B industrial trading and material supply enterprise having its principal place of business at 270, Phatak Karor, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi – 110006, India. The Company specializes in the supply, stocking, and distribution of industrial alloy steels, tool & die steels, high-speed steels, stainless steels, EWAC and industrial welding consumables, and silver brazing rods.

3. Product Information & Technical Specifications

All technical specifications, grade chemical compositions, international standard equivalents, mechanical parameters, and dimensional tolerances displayed on this website are provided for reference purposes based on standard industry metallurgical data (e.g. AISI, DIN, JIS, IS, AWS). While we strive for absolute accuracy, actual mill tolerances, chemical ranges, heat numbers, and heat treatment conditions are governed by the specific Mill Test Certificate (MTC) accompanying the delivered material.

4. Enquiries, Quotations & Orders

• Submitting an enquiry via our website, email, or WhatsApp does not constitute a legally binding purchase contract.
• Quotations issued by Maheshwari Impex are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation and are valid for the time period stated on the quotation.
• An order is deemed accepted only when confirmed in writing by Maheshwari Impex through a formal Sales Order or Proforma Invoice.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

• Due to continuous fluctuations in raw material and commodity markets, all prices are subject to confirmation prior to final billing.
• All statutory taxes (including Goods and Services Tax - GST), freight charges, handling fees, insurance, and transit costs are extra unless explicitly stated as inclusive in the formal quotation.
• Payment terms are mutually agreed upon in writing (e.g. advance, against dispatch, or against approved credit terms). In the event of payment delays, interest may be charged as permitted by applicable law.

6. Delivery, Risk of Loss & Transit

Delivery schedules are estimates provided in good faith based on mill availability and logistical conditions. Delivery is typically Ex-Godown / Ex-Warehouse Delhi unless otherwise agreed in writing. Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the buyer upon handover to the commercial carrier or transport agency.

7. Inspection, Claims & Returns

• The buyer must inspect materials upon receipt at the destination point before cutting, machining, forging, welding, or further processing.
• Any visual defect, physical damage, shortage, or dimensional discrepancy must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
• As detailed in our Return Policy, no returns or exchanges are accepted once material has been dispatched, delivered, cut, machined, or processed, except as mandated by statutory consumer protections where applicable.

8. Material Certificates & Quality

Standard Manufacturer Mill Test Certificates (MTC) or laboratory chemical test reports are supplied upon prior request for prime steel grades and specialized consumables. Third-party inspection (TPI) by agencies such as TUV, SGS, or Bureau Veritas can be arranged at the buyer's cost upon mutual agreement prior to dispatch.

9. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All trademarks, product names, logos, text, imagery, and layout on this website are the property of Maheshwari Impex or their respective brand owners (e.g. EWAC, Ador, ESAB). You may not scrape, copy, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any material without explicit written consent.

10. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Materials are warranted solely to conform to the published metallurgical chemical specifications of the specified grade at the time of supply. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maheshwari Impex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of production, machining costs, or loss of profits arising out of the use or inability to use the supplied materials.

11. Force Majeure

Maheshwari Impex shall not be liable for failure or delay in fulfilling delivery obligations caused by acts of God, strikes, industrial disputes, raw material shortages, transport breakdown, power failure, war, embargoes, fire, flood, pandemics, or government restrictions beyond our reasonable control.

12. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon posting to this website.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and all commercial transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
